Downgrades generally take effect after the current billing cycle ends. Your plan limits, features, credits, and entitlements may change when the downgrade takes effect.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or Paddle's buyer terms. Monthly credits expire monthly. Top-up credits expire when your account is deleted.
Once paid billing is enabled, you can cancel future renewals. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
