Plans, limits, and credits#
This reference lists the standard Workbench catalog. Your Account page is authoritative for entitlements actually applied to your account, including administrative grants or temporary overrides. Use the Pricing page for current prices.
Standard monthly credits#

Unused monthly credits expire at the account's reset by default. Purchased top-up credits are held separately and preserved. Workbench spends monthly credits first, then top-up credits.

Major plan capabilities#
- All plans: core prompt library, cloud sync, and standard saved-content workflows.
- Pro: advanced analytics, Smart Suggestions, cited-link checks, CSV bulk import, bulk metadata editing, webpage capture, bibliography generation, custom copy settings, and basic TXT/Markdown/JSON exports.
- Max: Pro capabilities plus DOCX, PDF, and CSV exports and unlimited sequence and scratchpad allowances.

Workbench does not apply a second generic AI-request counter on top of these credits. An action can still be unavailable because of authentication, provider availability, input validation, or an account-specific entitlement.
Check your applied balance#
Open Account Settings and then Credit Usage to see monthly credits, top-up credits, usage, reset timing, and plan status. See Billing for payment-state behavior.
