Explore Templates
Explore Templates is the gallery of curated prompt and sequence templates in Cognardo Workbench: browse, preview, and bring one into your own library with a click. This section covers browsing the gallery, the difference between importing and forking, and working with a template once it is yours.
How Explore Templates works#
- Curated, not user-submitted: Every template in the gallery is admin-authored. There is no publishing or submission flow for your own templates.
- Two ways in: Import creates a linked, read-only copy that can be updated later from the source; Fork creates an independent, immediately editable copy with no ongoing link. Neither turns into the other.
- Login required to browse: The whole gallery, including just looking around, needs a signed-in account.
- Counts toward your usual limits: An imported or forked template counts against the same prompt or sequence limits as anything you create yourself.
The pages in this section#
| Page | What it covers | Go here when you want to… |
|---|---|---|
| Import or fork a template | Browsing, searching, previewing, and the Import-versus-Fork decision. | Bring a template into your library. |
| Managing imported content | Editing restrictions on a linked import, forking one to edit it, and updating from the source. | Work with a template after it is already yours. |
Where to next#
Imported and forked templates land in the same libraries as anything you build yourself, covered in Manage the prompt and sequence library and Build a sequence from the main page.
