Conversations
Conversations are the core of Cognardo Workbench: every chat on chatgpt.com and claude.ai is recorded automatically, kept in turns with every version, checkable against its cited sources, and stored in one searchable library. This section covers the whole lifecycle of a conversation, from the moment it records itself to the moment you export it.
How conversations work#
- Recording is automatic: Once you are signed in, every conversation on both platforms captures itself. There is no start button.
- Turns and versions: A conversation is stored as turns, one prompt and its response. Edit and rerun a prompt and the turn gains a new version, with every earlier draft kept.
- Verification is built in: Link verification PRO watches whether the cited links in a response are alive, and citation and hallucination analysis tests whether the sources say what the response claims.
- Pins carry the good parts forward: Any prompt or response can be pinned and inserted into future chats.
- Sync follows your setting: With Enable Cloud Sync & Intelligence on, conversations back up to your account and follow you across devices. Off, they stay on the current device.
